Initiate Your Request
Log into your TapNBuy account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
